Lime and Basil Tilapia
4 thawed fillets of tilapia or any white fish
1/2 whole lime
2 tbs. dried basil
Preheat oven to 400ºF. In a 9″ casserole dish with a lid, sprinkle 1 tbs. basil in the bottom. Squeeze the lime juice and drizzle over the basil. Place fish fillets in the casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining basil and lime over the fish. Bake for 25-30 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serves 4.
